Job Duties: Oversees employees who work as customer service and operations specialists for the Union by providing guest services to students, staff, faculty, and guests. It is imperative to provide the best customer service. This is a student position. It requires working with people in a helpful and friendly manner. You must be accurate with numbers and detail-oriented in handling financial transactions. It is also required of you to have the ability to work effectively in a team setting, under the pressure of deadlines, schedules, and varying traffic flow.
