About the Job
This is a temporary position only going until the start of the Academic Year 26-27.
Job Duties:
- Execute scientific experiments independently in analytical physical chemistry involving instruments for laboratory and routine analyses (30%).
- Prepare and run trials on the reformulation of baked goods (30%).
- Collect data and perform statistical data analysis (20%).
- Keep detailed records of all experiments in laboratory notebooks, databases, and spreadsheets (10%).
- Perform general laboratory tasks including keeping track of supplies and ensuring the tidiness of lab benches (10%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- MS in Food Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting & conducting composition analysis and protein related assays

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $27.95 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
