Position Summary Information
| Advertisement | The Master of Physician’s Assistant Program at St. Catherine University invites applications for a 12-month full-time Ranked Principal MPAS Faculty position. The MPAS Program seeks a collaborative, innovative, and student-centered educator who will contribute to the delivery of high-quality physician assistant education including program assessment, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Director, Medical Director, Curriculum Director, and faculty team to support student success, curricular excellence, and ongoing assessment and accreditation compliance. Primary Responsibilities This position encompasses three major areas of responsibility: 1. Didactic Teaching – 60% The faculty member will provide instruction in areas of expertise and program need, with a primary emphasis on clinical medicine, history-taking and physical examination skills, and primary care practice. Responsibilities include:
2. Assessment and Evaluation – 20% The faculty member will participate in the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the program’s comprehensive assessment and evaluation system. Responsibilities include:

| EEO Statement | Compensation: Annual wage is dependent on qualifications and experience: Assistant Professor: $87,000 – $95,000 Associate Professor: $105,000 – $115,000 The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.
