Job Summary: |
Facilities Construction Services is the university’s in-house provider for small projects including renovations, providing cabinetry or shelving, accommodating new equipment or electrical and mechanical upgrades, signage, flooring, and correcting space deficiencies. This work is done by skilled trades personnel to professional journeyman standards. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications: |

Minimum Qualifications: Four years of experience working in commercial or residential carpentry. Substitution: Appropriate education or successful completion of a formalized apprenticeship program can substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis Colorado law requires that candidates for state government jobs be residents of Colorado at the time of application. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE PER MONTH ($4,154 - $4,818). The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is eligible for overtime compensation. This position may be eligible for a one-time non-base building sign-on bonus of up to $2,000. Details of this recruitment incentive program will be provided during the interview process. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
