Job Summary: |
This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) Non-Exempt Professional position at the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes Pediatric Clinic at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The administrative support role primarily involves managing patient appointments and administrative tasks using the EPIC EMR system. This includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information such as demographics and insurance details. Additionally, responsibilities include collecting co-payments, verifying insurance coverage, and coordinating referrals for visits. Special attention is given to preparing for Type I Diabetes New Onset patient arrivals. The role also entails providing assistance to division personnel and contributing to various projects as assigned. Patient Check-In/Check-Out, Scheduling/Payment– 80% (Essential Function)

Onsite – This is an in-person position at the at the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes - Anschutz Medical Campus, 1775 Aurora Court, Aurora, CO 80045. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $38,000 - $43,000 annually. The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
