Change and Transformation Coordinator

This new role is required as a result of a number of initiatives across the University which will have an impact on administrative activity. To ensure that the necessary change and requirements are put in place, this roles primary purpose is to assist with the smooth transition of these initiatives to BAU within the Academic Registry.

The successful candidate will provide support and assist with the management of outputs for the changes required by various initiatives (including Digital Trinity 2, Online Module Enrolment etc) to ensure minimum disruption to core activity. The successful candidate will support the Change and Transformation Activity Lead with the management and organisation of future requirements by liaising with internal staff, central project teams, IT, Faculties and stakeholders across the University.

Post status: PermanentContract

Hours of Post: 37 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€40,053- 50,692 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.

1.       Their extensive experience in leading and motivating a team within higher education and/or public sector, making you suitable for this role

2.       Outline your past experience in:

a)       Relevant experience in the implementing change projects;

b)      Experience of working to coordinate activities in large teams with conflicting priorities.
