--Analyses of sex chromosomes using large NGS datasets of fungal genomes Illumina, PacBio and MinION (SNPs, structural variants, transposable elements, …)
- Analyses of evolutionary genomics (phylogenomics, orthology, selection, synteny)
-Contribution to data production (strain collection and culture, DNA extraction, MinION sequencing, analysis of strain viability and fertility)
-Scientific publication writing.
-Implementation of new approaches in evolutionary genomics.
-Implementation of reliability of results
- Critical analysis of the results
