The Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment (HIE) are seeking applications for a 3-year secondment for the position, Senior Administration Officer, Industry & Engagement.

The Senior Administration Officer, Industry & Engagement takes the lead role for managing the activities of our industry partners and for providing pre- and post-award project support within a set portfolio of projects. In addition, the role supports academic staff with industry stakeholder support, and delivers executive/secretarial support, and specific administrative/governance tasks across the portfolio.

The role will work closely and in collaboration with the remaining administration team in the Institute, providing both expert advice to, and receiving additional skills mentoring from, the rest of the team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 January 2027 based at the Hawkesbury campus.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 6 -$107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising base salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
