- Two (2) full-time, continuing positions available, based in UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences and UniSA Allied Health and Human Performance
- Salary range: $69,605 – $82,518 per annum (plus superannuation)
About the Role
You will work closely with the Academic Unit executive team to provide high level support on a variety of projects and project committees, including projects that support the work of the Deans of Research and Programs. You will have the opportunity to scope projects, schedule key milestones and deliverables, collect and analyse data, produce regular progress reports and be the Executive Officer for key governance committees.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to a wide range of projects, including coping, scheduling, tracking and evaluating
- Support the development and implementation of the Academic Unit’s research strategy
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data and provide reports on performance and research activities
- Act as the Academic Unit’s key reference point for research policy and procedure, and provide high quality advice to stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deliver quality administration systems and processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to policy
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area, or equivalent university experience
- Project management experience, along with demonstrated experience in the production of quality correspondence and reports
- Experience in the interpretation of statistical data, and the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
- Experience in undertaking executive officer tasks and providing support to committees
- High level interpersonal, and organisational skills, and ability to contribute to a team-based environment while working with self-direction
