Job profile:
Function: Dissertation position (rotation)
Extent of employment: 20 hours/week - upon submission of the dissertation agreement, the scope of employment will be increased to 30 hours/week
Main tasks · Dissertation in the field of Applied Psychology with a focus on socio-ecological responsibility and sustainability in work, economy and society · Independent and cooperative research in the field of Applied Psychology according to the (above-mentioned) thematic focus of the working group · Independent teaching in the field of Applied Psychology and supervision of students · Participation in activities and tasks within the international network of the working group · Own education and training · Administrative and organizational tasks
Required qualification · Above-average completion of a relevant diploma or master's degree in psychology or related fields Sound knowledge in the fields of Applied Psychology and/or Social Psychology, in particular Industrial, Organizational and Business Psychology, Political Psychology and/or Environmental Psychology · Basic knowledge of critical approaches in psychology · Quantitative and qualitative methodological skills · Very good written and spoken English skills · Social skills in interacting with students · High level of cooperation and communication skills · Willingness to pursue continuous further education · Initial research experience and/or demonstrable interest in topics related to the focus on socio-ecological responsibility and sustainability in work, economy and society · Please enclose written reflections on the last point with your application (max. 2 pages)
