Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated students to work up to 19 hours/week in the University Support Services QA/Release Management group within the University Information Technology department. Work duties will include quality assurance testing, test automation scripting/development, SDLC and Agile process support and IT project coordination.
Students at this level will do their work under the direction of more experienced UIT-USS staff members. This position provides IT Quality Assurance support to the general university community for mission critical application services.

Responsibilities
The incumbent will work on various technical activities such as troubleshooting issues, writing test plans and developing test scripts, creating, maintaining and running automated tests on various University systems and applications, coordinating project work, helping with release management, developing and maintain documentation for various IT processes and procedures.
