Reporting to the assistant director of Speed School Admissions and Outreach, the temporary camp counselor plays an integral and external role coordinating and executing plans for our summer series camps.

The part-time camp counselor for the JB Speed School Office of Admissions and Outreach is responsible for introducing K-12 students to the world of STEM. Outreach Team Members engage with K-12 students through Signature Partnerships, Field Trips, Camps, and Large Events throughout the summer. The camp counselor will be responsible assisting, planning, and implement camps for talented and diverse student populations. The camp counselor will play a lead role in the development of effective outreach strategies and works in collaboration with the admissions and outreach team to develop an overall communication strategy as well as individual tactics to implement a comprehensive marketing and communication plan for use of future outreach initiatives. Good time management and organizational skills.  Additionally, the camp counselor will serve as the primary point of contact and facilitate K-12 outreach initiatives for the JB Speed School of Engineering during the summer.
