Job Summary | my529 is looking for exceptional persons to join our team as full-time customer service representatives (actually, we call them Specialists). About Us my529 administers the State of Utah’s 529 college savings plan and is consistently ranked one of the best 529 plans in the nation. What a Specialist Does Specialists receive inbound calls and answer questions about 529 plans. If you’re selected, we’ll train you so you can answer with confidence. As a specialist you’ll be making updates to accounts and writing letters to account owners, so you need to have basic computer skills and experience with programs such as Word and Excel. You will also spend time entering data, including working with numbers, so you will need to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Because you’ll be talking with account owners or others interested in our plan, you need to have excellent communication skills. As a member of our professional team, you will be joining a hard-working group that is serious about providing exceptional service to account owners. |
