Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to program support queries in person, through email, and/or by phone.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical assistance and training on a web-based patient outcomes survey platform to clinical faculty, staff, and affiliated personnel.
  • Communicate with patients and care teams about quality program participation and outstanding tasks or forms related to recent or upcoming medical appointments, procedures, or care milestones.
  • Monitor patient scheduling systems for upcoming patient visits and procedures and assist with manual or automated outcome system enrollment, engagement, or withdrawal requests where necessary.
  • Travel by automobile on short notice to various clinics in the Denver Metropolitan area.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
    • A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or health related field
  • At least one or more years of experience providing customer service, technical support, job training/adult learning instruction, or research assistance in a clinical, academic, scientific, or professional services setting.
  • Clinical research or related experience
  • Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g. EMR or EHR and data management systems)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel freely on short notice to work locations in the greater Denver metropolitan area during affiliated clinic business hours.

  • Knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution

  • Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion
  • Knowledge of basic human anatomy, physiology medical terminology
  • Ability to interpret and master complex research protocol information

    Anticipated Pay Range:

    The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $47,084 - $59,891.

    The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
