Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology, is searching for Research Assistant Professors, Research Associate Professors, and Research Professors who will contribute to research projects as part of the new centers on arrhythmia biology, heart failure, and regenerative medicine and bioengineering. Appointees will complement areas of strength in the Centers and contribute to project conception and execution. We welcome applicants with expertise in any of these areas. The appointees’ primary activity will be to conduct academic research in association with a faculty member or team. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, applicants must have: 1) a doctoral degree or equivalent in biologically related sciences or related disciplines and 2) completed postdoctoral training.
