Laboratory Technician

About the Opportunity

The laboratory of Neuroanatomy and Behavior seeks a full time technician. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Biology and at least a year of experience in a rodent laboratory are required. Responsibilities include managing undergraduate volunteer schedules, ordering supplies, animal behavior testing, stereotaxic surgery, tissue slicing and prep, immunohistochemistry, and fluorescent microscopy.
