Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School is seeking an energetic leader to be theAssistant Director for MBA Admissions Processing. Offering Full-Time, Professional, Executive, Flex Online MBA programs as well as a unique MBA + M.S. Analytics program, Mays Business School Graduate Programs help students advance their careers by mastering core business knowledge, honing skills through high impact learning experiences, developing personalized leadership styles, and leveraging the power of the global Aggie Network. This is a strategic role as you will be overseeing application processing, communications, and systems integration. As an outgoing communicator and project manager, you’ll lead the Graduate Programs’ Monthly Admissions meetings, communicate with prospective students, and work with program directors and the admissions teams in reporting data for Admissions and Recruiting reports, various MBA rankings, and accreditation reports.

Opportunities to contribute

  • Lead the Graduate Programs Office in MBA application processing

  • Provide communication/integration of systems

  • Implement strategic planning for Recruiting & Admissions

  • Gather and manage data/metrics for MBA program rankings

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, psychology, or related field

  • Six years of experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, marketing, business and/or higher education

The well-qualified applicant will have a relevant master’s degree, previous admissions/recruiting or sales/marketing experience and/or experience using Salesforce, CAS application systems, or CRMs.
