Job Description

Purpose:

This position reports to a Business Administrator for TEES Fiscal, serving the Space and Robotics program, and is responsible for assisting in various aspects of financial management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, human resource/payroll tasks, and other duties as assigned. The Business Coordinator II or III will be responsible for procurement, monitoring expenditures, assigning costs to appropriate accounts, overseeing account reconciliations, and processing corrections. The Business Coordinator II or III will serve as a backup liaison with fiscal, payroll, and/or human resources.

Qualifications* 

We are recruiting for a level II or III Business Coordinator to support the Space and Robotics program.  

Minimum qualifications for a Business Coordinator II: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of related experience.

Minimum qualifications for a Business Coordinator III: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years of related experience.

The well-qualified candidates would possess the following: 

  • Experience in FAMIS/ CANOPY, and TWAPMTS.
  • Experience with Workday, AggieBuy, and Concur.

  • RELLIS Campus – Bryan, TX.
