Job Description
This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Department of Parking Management. The Administrative Associate II will assist with general administrative duties within the parking database serves as a backup cashier at the Information/Visitor Center and works within other data systems to provide general support to Parking Management customers. Assists with events related to Auxiliary Services including Athletic events, residence life events, shuttle service events, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with general administrative duties within the parking database, such as inputting vehicle registration process in T2, TxDot, Banner, and FAMIS.
- Works within other data systems to provide general support to Parking Management customers.
- Assists with events related to Auxiliary Services including athletic events, residence life events, shuttle service events, etc. Assists on campus with special event parking.
- Greets directs and provides information to all visitors to campus.
- Serves as a backup to the Administrative Associate I in the Visitor Center by acting as a cashier for daily visitor permits.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
