Job Description

The Department of History, Sociology, Geography, GIS at Tarleton State University seeks to hire an adjunct in Geography. We are looking for masters and doctoral-qualified candidates to teach undergraduate courses in Geography. Interested candidates must have a Ph.D. or MA in hand in the field of Geography or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in Geography.

Salary: Commensurate with Qualifications and Course Level

Required Education/Experience: Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in the discipline or a closely related area and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline.

Preferred Education/Experience: Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level is desired.
