We are recruiting a research active Reader to join our research active community of law academics which is currently focused in the areas of:

  • the New Economy, constituting:
    • Global Commerce (including Digital and Traditional Enterprise and Entrepreneurship;  Finance, and IP, Space law); and
    • Global Finance (including FinTech, Credit Rating, Crypto and borderless currencies, Debt Finance and Insolvency);
  • Risk, Regulation and Governance (RRG) (including ESG, Financial Crime, Legal Risk, Algorithmic/AI risk and Regulation, Governance of new technology and business models; Relevant Policy Development, Crises, Professional risk);
  • Rights of the Individual (including Property, Real Estate, Human and Personality rights, Reputation and Digital Assets); and 
  • Language and Law: language-focused analysis of legal texts and documents, jurisprudence; the future of law and lawtech including predictive analytics and the potential for corpus linguistics for legal analysis.
