Audiovisual Production Manager 

Hult Prize Foundation is looking for a highly motivated and talented Audiovisual Production Manager to join our central Marketing team based in Mexico City. If you love designing and creating digital visual content, with strong experience in animation, social media and motion graphics, we are looking for you! 

We are a small but mighty team, tasked with spreading the message of the Hult Prize Foundation to the world. Each year, we invite tens of thousands of students from around the world to join our community of changemakers by developing social ventures addressing some of the world's most pressing issues.  

You will focus on the creation of interactive, 3D modeling and compelling digital assets to spread our message across the globe. You will be leading the Hult Prize Foundation video creation within our Marketing department. This is your chance to flex all your creative and strategic skills to build powerful visual campaigns that inspire our varied audiences. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize video campaigns with character development and storytelling elements.  
  • Recommend and implement 2D, 3D and 4D integration into existing or developing campaigns. (Including text animation).  
  • Create high-quality animations with both hand key animation and motion capture date.  
  • Script development per project.  
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to create, design and implement online campaigns per channel.  
  • Support the Marketing team in developing compelling visuals for, but not limited to, internal and external presentations, brochures, social media, and more. 
  • Present strategic recommendations to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a media-related discipline. 
  • 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design or Illustrator role. 
  • Top-notch writing, editing, and proofreading skills in the English language. 
  • Comfortable working with computer graphics tools such as Adobe.  
  • Understanding of the type of content that drives engagement on social media channels and the ability to help others shape content that gets traction. 
  • Strong storytelling skills. 
  • Excellent editorial judgment and storyboard creation. 
  • Excellent self-motivation, organization, focus, and attention to detail. 
  • Proven record of delivering artistic work aligned with branding guidelines.  

Bonus points if… 

  • You have experience using Falcon.io, Trello, and Data Studio. 
  • You have experience in entrepreneurship and cultural diversity. 
  • You have experience with international brands and working with a global team across different time zones. 
  • You have experience managing.
