Senior Manager, Finance

Reporting to the Director, Finance, this role is responsible for managing Finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage key finance systems implementation and enhancements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with different departmental teams to enhance productivity
• Access Rights Management: System administrator of SAP (Finance module), Esker (E-invoicing System), Qilksense (Data Analytics Systems), Finance Sharepoint and others assigned by Director, Finance
• Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements 
• Automation: Identify automation opportunities
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate business performance
• Roadmap Planning: Work with Director in the strategizing and planning of Finance Digital Transformation Roadmap and developing the digital training framework for Finance. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience 
• IT savy, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other visualization tools 
• Hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana, SAP Concur and SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC) will be an added advantage 
• Strong analytical skills - proven ability to gather, organize, analyze business data from various sources 
• Good communication skills - able to convey critical business information to IT divisions and influence key stakeholders 
• Team player, resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
