As Director of operations, you assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco campus. The Director of Operations provides management and coaching to our campus staff including student services, front of house, facilities and other senior staff. Other duties include assisting with logistics, activity development, student discipline, stock management and payroll.  As the primary point of contact for the Campus Dean, the Director of Operations takes on a fundamental role in liaising with students, staff, and local suppliers.

Candidate Profile

  • Has management experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Has experience working with young people and international students.
  • Is business-minded with a strong sense of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat and a natural leader with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Goes above and beyond, never settling for status quo.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding environment
