Enrollment Advisor - Middle East

Reports To: Senior Director of Enrollment  

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a bilingual Enrollment Advisor, fluent in both Arabic and English, to join our Middle East and Africa team based in Dubai. Working closely with the Regional Director, you will craft and execute a market entry strategy aimed at recruiting globally minded, exceptional students for Hult’s Masters Programs. 

As the initial point of contact for many students and strategic partners, you will be tasked with reaching out, providing counsel, and facilitating their journey and relationship with Hult. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, persuasive, target-surpassing individual who brings a blend of experience and vigor to a dynamic team. You should relish being part of an energetic office environment, be driven to surpass goals, and contribute to the ongoing narrative of our institution’s excellence.  

Requirements  

• English & Arabic fluency: You are proficient in Arabic, enabling you to connect with a diverse student body.
• Sales acumen: You have an innate passion for sales and a history of excelling in this area.
• Presentation skills: Your presentations captivate audiences. You excel at trade shows, conferences, and open house events.
• Service orientation: You find fulfilment in guiding students through our application, enrollment, and financial aid processes, and you inspire your colleagues to do the same.
• Organizational prowess: You are adept at tracking the decision-making stages of your prospective students.
• Drive for results: You are proactive and determined, believing that a positive mindset and entrepreneurial approach can overcome any challenge.
• Resilience: You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel: You are open to visiting students, universities, and exhibitions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications  

• Student agent experience: Prior experience as a student agent is highly valued, though not mandatory.
• International education passion: You have a fervent interest in international education, bolstered by personal experiences abroad.
• Educational background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Global experience: Your professional or personal history reflects a genuine enthusiasm for international exposure.
