Monash Indonesia’s Masters in Cybersecurity continues to expand. We are hiring outstanding academics who share our passion for high quality research, teaching, and engagement with real world challenges and contexts.

Our solutions-centric theory-inspired approach to teaching and learning; our students from many different industries from across Indonesia and our recently founded campus each represent foundations for you to extend yourself.  We are considering candidates of all academic levels and research areas related to Cybersecurity. Areas of particular interest include, but are not limited to, cryptography (quantum and post-quantum), blockchain and software security.

As an academic, you will deliver a quality course to students who will graduate as innovative and ethically minded professionals that will develop and deploy security solutions that strengthen and support our society’s advances, so that we can progress in greater safety.

About you

Assistant Professor - Suited to an early career academic that has finished their PhD in Cybersecurity or another relevant discipline, the Assistant Professor will work towards contributing and supporting the achievement of strategic research and teaching priorities. Consideration for an appointment in this position requires a track record of high-quality scholarly activities, undertaken individually and collaboratively.

Associate Professor - Suited to a mid-career academic that has a doctoral qualification and recognised significant experience in Cybersecurity, the Associate Professor (Cybersecurity) will work towards advancing Monash Indonesia's strategic research priorities through a program of research focused on this cognate area. Consideration for an appointment in this position requires a track record of high quality, ground-breaking scholarly activities, undertaken individually and collaboratively.

Professor - Suited to a senior academic with demonstrated expertise and experience in Cybersecurity, the Professor will be recognised as a leading authority in the relevant discipline area. The Professor is expected to exercise a special responsibility in providing leadership and in fostering excellence in research, teaching, professional activities and policy development in the academic discipline within Monash Indonesia and within the community, both scholarly and general
