The Library has a fulltime permanent opportunity for an Indigenous identified staff member within our Outreach & Engagement team.

About the role
You will be an energetic, motivated and creative Librarian, who enjoys building mutually beneficial relationships. Reporting to the Precinct Librarian, you will take the lead in developing close working relationships with both Badanami and the Indigenous Centre of Excellence.

Utilising your enthusiasm, knowledge and skills, you will develop, create and deliver targeted library programs which focus on engaging and developing Indigenous students Academic Literacy Skills.

Equally balancing autonomy with working within a dynamic, innovative culture as part of a small team within and across the Precincts, you will demonstrate your initiative, networking skills and ability to think outside the box.

You will work across the Precincts, travelling to other campuses and external sites as required.

This position is an ideal opportunity for someone who is nearing completion or recently graduated as a professional librarian. It will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your abilities and to make a difference.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising Salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
