The Programme Management Team's responsibilities includes: enabling programme governance; governance / project management standards and templates; programme reporting; benefits realisation; secretariat for the UMT Service Group; programme-level project and change management and communications; programme finances; and programme administration.

The post of Programme Lead is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering this transformation programme. The successful candidate will have a strong record of leading the delivery of significant programmes using systematic skills in project and change management, will have managed complex project teams, will have had formal programme or project manager roles, and will have worked successfully with senior leadership in shaping and delivering programmes and projects.
