Under structure we have identified a number of new HR roles we wish to add to the HR team. This is an exciting time to join our team of dedicated HR professionals as we pursue the achievement of our operational and strategic goals.

The Employee Relations Manager will play a key role in defining, co-ordinating and managing the employee relations strategy and practice for the University and how to engage with our recognised trade unions and our staff.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an employee relations or cognate discipline, preferably in a public sector environment. Relevant experience in a Higher Education institute would be an advantage.

Senior Administration Officer IV (2023) Salary Scale:                       €65,176 – €103,487 p.a. (7 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
