The Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Director of Academic Registry, working to deliver key enhancements to Academic Registry processes and systems. This will include coordinating business analyses to support student records systems process design/re-design and translation into systems design specifications in accordance with good practice policies. They will have a deep understanding of key business process and will support business process owners on improving process efficiency.

Context

Positioned within Student Services in the Corporate Services Division (CSD), the Academic Registry (AR) is an integrated service provider of Applications & Admissions, Registration, Assessment & Progression, Student Finance, Student Case Management, Graduation, Statistical Reporting provided through a single point of contact for students, staff, graduates and prospective students. The Business Process Analyst will initially report directly to the Director of Academic Registry.

Post Summary- Business Process Analyst

Post status: 1 Year Fixed -Term Contract  

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale ( €54,907 - €64,515 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
