The Role

We are seeking an Administrative Officer (AOII grade) to work in the Residence Office. Reporting to the Residence Officer, the successful candidate will work as part of a team in a busy, challenging, and highly automated environment.  The Residence Office Team provides accommodation services to 1,200 students who live on-campus in purpose-built student residences. It is expected that the successful candidate will impact the operational effectiveness, the quality of the facilities, and the service provided at “front of house” and will therefore, have a working understanding  of the differing challenges of each of these environments.

Administrative Officer II (2022) Salary Scale:                      €41,317 - €59,152 p.a. (9points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Sunday, 19th March 2023.
