The Office of the President welcomes applications from suitably qualified administrators and event management professionals to join our staff as the Administration and Events Coordinator.

The Administrative and Events Coordinator role supports the Office of the President in ensuring that all meetings and events attended by or hosted by the President meet the high-quality standards of Maynooth University. The role involves leading the logistical management of the President’s events, international travel plans and internal and external engagements. They will also engage with high-level stakeholders and develop an event schedule with the Head of Executive Support and Chief of Staff. This role reports to the Head of Executive Support/PA to the President.

Administrative Officer II (2023) Salary Scale:                                        €42,893 - €61,240p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
