Hiring Unit:
Athletics and Recreation

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head Coach McGill Redbirds Football, will assist with the day-to day coaching and administrative duties assigned by the Head Coach.

Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in the tactical and technical development of our Offensive line unit.

·  Work in conjunction with the Offensive Coordinator to prepare seasonal plans including technical, tactical, and strategic components for the Offensive Unit.

·  Work with Head Coach on recruiting varsity student -athletes. Establish plans to attract the best varsity student -athletes to our program.

·   Attend all required team meetings and represent the program externally when necessary.

·  Assist Head Coach to optimize team dynamics (Team Culture, Goal setting, Athlete leadership development, Role clarification).

·  Assist Head Coach with developing mentally strong athletes.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

High level coaching experience in the sport
Demonstrated coaching skills in the sport

French and English; spoken and written
