Offer Description
Investigate the mechanism of action of a lead compound and its metabolites.
Synthesize and study the mechanism of action of a lead compound as part of the development of a drug for the treatment of endometriosis.
Synthesize and quantify the various metabolites of the active molecule.
Develop spectroscopic analysis methods to monitor its transformation in cellulo and in vivo.
Write reports and participate in scientific exchanges with the project's various partners.
The work will be conducted at the Laboratory of Pharmacological and Toxicological Chemistry and Biochemistry (UMR 8601), in close collaboration with Dr. G. Canaud's Laboratory (Necker-Enfants Malades Institute) and Apikal Therapeutics

Eligibility criteria
Skills and experience in multi-step synthetic chemistry.
Knowledge of medicinal chemistry and biochemistry.
Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in the field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Proficiency in oral and written presentation techniques (reports, publications).
Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Knwoledge in written and spoken French
