The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, announces a selection procedure for the position of

International relations assistant

on a full-time work schedule.

The Faculty of Law is one of four public law faculties in the Czech Republic. The Faculty of Law of Masaryk University can be characterised as a modern, dynamic faculty, where the focus is on teaching together with scientific research. We have dozens of contacts with foreign experts and pedagogical and scientific institutions both on an individual and institutional level and provide excellent facilities for students and employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • organizational and administrative support for
    • foreign study stays and internships for students and teachers within Erasmus+ programs and other program frameworks
    • coordination of stays of foreign students, lecturers, and guests under inter university agreements and other exchange programs – see https://erasmus.law.muni.cz/content/en/     
  • administrative support for doctoral study programs in English
  • management of relevant sections of the website and other information resources within the assigned agenda.

We require:

  • university degree (at least Bachelor)
  • excellent spoken and written English skills (at least B2)
  • very good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • good communication and organizational abilities
  • analytical thinking and ability to work independently
  • precision, responsibility, creativity, flexibility
  • high work commitment
  • knowledge of the university environment is advantageous
  • previous experience of working in English speaking environment is an advantage
