About the opportunity
As the Senior Workplace Behaviour and Conduct Advisor, you will be tasked to triage high-volume and escalated complaints from across the University. You will provide guidance to team members as well as advise senior executives and a range of University departments to ensure effective resolution of all complaints.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- assess a large volume of behavioural and conduct complaints including escalations of complexity and sensitivity
- interview, advise and recommend strategies to effectively resolve complaints
- provide expert guidance to Workplace Behaviour and Conduct Advisors
- work collaboratively with the University’s Senior Leaders, Safety, HR and the employment legal teams
- record complaints and data into the Complaints Management Software
- facilitation of sessions and strategies to build capability across conduct and behaviour at the University.
About you
- extensive and proven experience in the handling of complex workplace complaints
- experience working autonomously in a large, complex organization
- high level problem solving and decision making abilities
- proven experience in drafting assessment reports
- experience using MS Excel and Complaints Management Software
- strong attention to detail and communication abilities.
