The Pro Vice-Chancellor Educational Partnerships and Quality is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant.

About the role
This position provides executive support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Educational Partnerships and Quality (PVC EPQ).

The Executive Assistant is the first point of contact and liaison for both internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the PVC EPQ.

This position will provide and facilitate communications between both academic and professional staff within the Education Division and the University to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experiences
The successful candidate will have proven experience within an executive setting with demonstrated highly developed organisational, project and time management skills, able to deal effectively with a high-volume workload, competing priorities and unexpected events & demonstrated experience in servicing executive and governance committees.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising Salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
