About the Office of Student Experience & Marketing
The Office of Student Experience & Marketing (SEM) is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students and optimising the students experience throughout their time at Western. The Student Services Hub is a complex, multi-channel environment which represents the key contact points for prospective student, current students, staff and external members of the university community and as such, are pivotal in advancing the brand and reputation of the University.

About the Role
The Office of Student Experience & Marketing currently have an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Hub Officer to join their team! This is a varied and rewarding role with a focus on quality frontline service and the delivery of a student-focused experience.

You will be expected to provide support to students face-to-face, online, and via telephone across a broad range of activities and functions. You will assist students in the use of online systems and processes to enhance their capacity to self-manage and self-inform.

The Student Services Hub Officer works within a large operational team, providing services on behalf of the University and The College, Office of Student and University Planning, Schools, and a range of other University units. The position contributes to the establishment, review and maintenance of consistent procedures and high-quality customer service at locations within their operational team. They will also be responsible for dealing with all Western Sydney University students with specific issues and will act as the liaison point on complex matters with the University’s support services.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Western’s Parramatta South Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. Please review the position description for further information.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
