  • Base Salary HE07 $100,032 to $108,979 plus 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

This is your opportunity to join the University’s professional recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant within the Information and Technology faculty. Working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver, end-to-end recruitment which includes managing professional roles.

As a trusted advisor your key responsibilities will be to:

  • drive the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring quality outcomes for candidates and hiring managers
  • manage all aspects of the recruitment process from application to hiring stage
  • provide elevated levels of communications and candidate care throughout the recruitment processes
  • deliver expert and timely advice relating to recruitment policies and processes
  • understanding of selection processes, labour market information and recruitment trends
  • creatively attract top talent and building prequalified talent pools through innovative attraction strategies
  • identify and develop process improvement opportunities to better service your clients and candidates.

About you

  • previous substantial experience in ICT recruitment
  • an experienced initiative driven professional, who strives to deliver best practice recruitment outcomes
  • proven recruitment experience in large multidisciplinary and/or complex environments
  • committed, motivated professional with proven communication, and negotiation skills
  • change oriented behaviour whilst ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • a keen interest in candidate and stakeholder improvement processes
  • able to balance competing agendas in a fast paced, time pressured environment
  • a desire to be a collaborator with a happy cheerful outlook and a passion for success
