About the opportunity
As the Proposal Assurance & Submission Officer, you will manage the proposal submission administrative services and offer operational support for the Pre-Award team.
You will be leading support for funding proposals and submissions for allocated schemes and providing guidance and escalation support to Proposal Assurance & Submission Administrators.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
work in the Pipeline and Pre-Award team, reporting to the Manager, Proposal Assurance & Submissions
lead the administration submission requirements for allocated schemes by ensuring funding proposal and submission are compliant and meet quality assurance expectations
maintain an accurate and systematic database of funding proposals and submissions
understand the complexities of the submissions environment and provide insights, guidance, and regular reporting to the Pipeline and Pre-Awards Teams
comply with funding rules and regulatory requirements
contribute to the Research Support Community of Practice through trusted stakeholder management.
