About the role

Provides a range of administrative support to Federation TAFE programs, including providing information to staff and both current and prospective students.

You will:

  • provide reception services and administrative support across Federation TAFE;
  • contribute to student experience activities;
  • maintain and monitor student data and records in line with University’s policies, procedures and student management systems;
  • work collaboratively to ensure accurate student records are maintained; and
  • contribute to the planning, organisation and delivery of Federation TAFE events and activities.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

  • problem solving, organisational and time management skills;
  • interpersonal and communication skills;
  • ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; and
  • word processing and Microsoft Office software skills.
