About the opportunity

The Organisational Development Consultant drives the alignment of organisational development strategies to meet university needs. You will work on supporting academic excellence through the curation of learning content to support their development.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Requirements gathering with Senior Academic stakeholders across the University
  • Collation and curation of a catalogue learnings aligned to requirements
  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify gaps, and formulating plans to address those gaps
  • Design tailored training plans and/or revamp in-house training.

About you

  • Experience working in Learning and Development in the Higher Education sector
  • Proven experience in training development and design
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, training needs analysis and reporting
  • Extensive experience working with Learning Management Systems and MS Office
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement abilities
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
