- 2 x Full time 12 months fixed term parental leave cover, from August and October 2022 for a HR Services Team lead

- Base Salary $100,032 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
In light of the significant transformation within our HR function, we are seeking a HR Services Team Lead to deliver high quality HR transactional support across a diversified range of manager and leaders across the university. As we move to a more contemporary operating model, you will play a key role in provisioning timely resolution of queries and effective guidance and support across a full suite of HR transactional activities and services. As a HR Services Team lead, you will be ensuring an exceptional client experience and driving consistency across client portfolios and faculties.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- deliver daily HR transactional activities and services to staff and affiliates
- provide daily management and support of team members, resolving issues effectively and efficiently
- provide coordination support for on-boarding activities
- develop and negotiate contracts and contractual arrangements
- project manage and lead a small team with excellent communication skills and can-do attitude.
