About the opportunity

The Customer Experience, Service Improvement and Training team are constantly undergoing improvements and optimisations within their work and team. Hence, an exciting and newly created position will enhance the team dynamic and overall working performance.

The E-Learning Digital Content Designer provides deep technical knowledge and operational support to Student Administration Services to support the various teams across SAS. This role creates, develops, tests, and implements educational resources for faculties aligned to the needs of the work area while also conscious of mitigating change impacts.  

About you

  • previous learning content designer experience in a similar role within a complex, large-matrix organisation
  • highly engaging and interactive when communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • technical capability and experience in digital and graphic design in relation to learning curriculum design, including contemporary content authoring software
  • creativity and forward thinking in the development of digital learning materials for a high demand client base
  • outstanding presentation, communication and influencing skills to deliver messaging on a variety of channels to varied audiences
  • flexibility in their organisation and planning skills to balance competing agendas and demands in a fast paced, time pressured environment.

Australian Temporary Residents currently employed at the University of Sydney may be considered for a fixed term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the position.
