  • Salary range: $99,510 - $112,290 (plus up to 17% superannuation)

About the Role

The CRM System Support Team Leader provides leadership and day-to-day supervision of a team of business analysts, application administrators and information technologists to meet the requirements of enterprise stakeholders of the Customer Relationship Management system environment.

The Team Leader will use their substantial expertise to enhance the implementation of the CRM system and to engage with both business and IT in designing solutions to solve business problems. The position takes responsibility for the project management of smaller projects, and is involved in the complete system development lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in leading substantial implementations or upgrades of complex ICT solutions
  • Leadership, project management, stakeholder management, requirements elicitation and solution design skills and experience
  • Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff
  • Experience developing and documenting policies and strategies
  • Understanding of the complexities of data integration and data integrity across enterprise-wide systems, master data management, and prevention of data integrity issues within systems.
