  • Commencement Salary: $96,696 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager: International Admissions, you will lead, develop and coordinate the Admissions Support team to deliver an exceptional customer service to those seeking information about programs offered to international students. You will also provide overall leadership to the Team Leader: International Admissions Conversion and their team of International Student Ambassadors.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and experience in the international student recruitment process
  • Experience in managing customer relations and communications activities within a CRM system, including the technical ability to deliver, monitor and improve specialised communications and reports
  • Proven coordination, planning and supervision skills, including the ability to manage budgets, supervise a diverse staff group and build effective teams to achieve a high standard of customer service, client service and stakeholder management
  • Experience in planning and executing lead management and conversion strategies
