About the opportunity

The Conversion and Digital Recruitment Assistant supports the Lead Nurture and Conversion team in Sydney Future Students with administrative duties under guidance of the Digital Recruitment Officer. This role requires sound administrative and organisational skills to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will support the Digital Recruitment Officer and Sydney Future Students team with tasks relating to collating, formatting and distribution of digital content and other promotional materials to prospective students.

About you

  • has experience providing general administrative services and operational support in an office setting.
  • has experience collating and formatting content for digital channels and events   
  • experience adapting provided design templates to produce promotional materials, such as posters for events, brochures, flyers PowerPoint presentations,  email signatures and other tailored materials as required
  • has tertiary study or work experience drafting and formatting content in a communication and/or design capacity with an understanding of style and brand guidelines to ensure effective and high-quality collateral and promotional materials are produced.
  • willingness to deliver daily administration activities and services ensuring that high quality and efficient administrative support is provided in a proactive manner to staff in Sydney Future Students
  • willingness to support the maintenance of relevant templates and content to produce promotional resources.

Australian Temporary Residents currently employed at the University of Sydney may be considered for a fixed term contract for the length of their visa, depending on the requirements of the hiring area and the position.
