About the team
UWA is initiating a program of transformational work to support UWA 2030 and the 2025 Strategic Plan. This includes investing in business transformation to further improve administrative and support services to continually improve the user experience, and meet the current and future needs of the University’s staff and students.
To enable academic and professional staff to engage and adopt new ways of working, the university is investing in its change management capability, focussing on lifting university-wide capability whilst providing specific support to programs, project and initiatives.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Change, you will support the establishment and implementation of the University change management methodology and work collaboratively with University senior leaders in delivering change adoption across multiple projects to drive strategy implementation.
Operating under the broad direction of the Director of Human Resources, you will support a complex change management program, transforming how services are designed and delivered. You will collaborate with functional leads to drive change adoption, mitigate risks and derive the stated business objectives and values.
With relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent competency), you will demonstrate extensive experience in project management and change management methodologies. You will also have significant experience in transformation and complex change management programs with a strong process and automation orientation.
