About the Role
The Procurement Services Team at Western Sydney University is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we have an opportunity for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join our team!

As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the broader Procurement Services team by contributing to the development and maintenance of transactional and operational reports and dashboards. This includes:

  • Tracking and analysing spend, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Managing relevant legislative reporting such as GIPA
  • Monitoring and reporting on social procurement spend and projects
  • Developing and maintaining supplier spend taxonomy and supplier risk matrices
  • Additional responsibilities may involve running queries, deriving procurement insights from system data, development of dashboards, aiding in data extraction and analysis, and fulfilling any ad hoc reporting requests for the Office of Procurement Services.


Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, while experience with ServiceNow, Oracle, and Basware would be advantageous.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Hawkesbury Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

Remuneration Package:  HEW Level 5 $94,265 to $106,603 p.a. (comprising Salary of $79,655 to $90,081 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
