Overview

The ECU Survey Research Centre, located on ECU’s Joondalup Campus, specialises in high quality data collection for the School of Medical and Health Sciences, other areas within the University, government departments and other health-related organisations and universities. Our Centre has state-of-the-art technology to conduct outbound telephone surveys, with staff trained in general research methods.

The ECU SRC is looking to appoint casual Market Research Interviewers who possess the following attributes:

• Desirable to have previous experience in a call centre environment collecting data.
• MUST be available to do shift work at least 3 shifts between Mon – Fri from 2pm/4pm-8pm AND at least 1 shift on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday 10am-4pm
• Great interpersonal skills including
• Good communication skills and an excellent phone manner
• Proficient general computer skills
• High level of proficiency in electronically recording data accurately and efficiently
• MUST be reliable to attend shifts as booked to complete projects in required deadlines

In addition, you will be required to attain a Police Clearance.

You will MUST be available for a minimum of 4 shifts a week (1 weekend day at least). WEEKDAY SHIFTS TIMES ARE GENERALLY FROM EITHER 2PM OR 4PM UNTIL 8pm AND WEEKENDS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY (10AM- 4PM). Shift times can range between 3hrs and 5hrs.
